World Anti-Doping Agency Finds Cheating Conspiracy by Russia at Sochi Olympics - WSJ:

An independent investigation ordered by the World Anti-Doping Agency has found evidence of a conspiracy at the highest levels of Russian sports to corrupt the testing lab at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
The report, which was carried out by the Canadian lawyer Richard McLaren, described antidoping criminality on an unprecedented scale. With the Summer Games set to begin in Rio in less than three weeks, the report puts immense pressure on the International Olympic Committee to take immediate action against Russia’s entire Olympic delegation, which could face a ban from the coming Olympics.
