Our city can fit a far greater number people within its 49-square miles than it currently houses and so many countless people have expressed a willingness to share space in order to share the benefits of this wonderful place. Instead, new residents remain price gauged or priced out, evicted residents cannot afford to remain in their communities, and our city’s neighborhoods and local economies suffer directly as a result.
